Effective date: July 15, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Cymos.ai, including our website, application, AI networking CRM, outreach, follow-up, scheduling, and related services.
By creating an account, connecting an email or calendar account, or using Cymos, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Cymos.
Cymos is an AI-powered networking CRM designed to help users manage professional relationships, draft outreach, track replies, schedule follow-ups, and organize recruiting or career-related networking activity.
Cymos allows you to connect third-party accounts, including Google Gmail and Google Calendar, to use certain features. You may disconnect connected accounts from settings or from the provider account permissions page.
“User Content” means content you upload, create, submit, store, or transmit through Cymos, including contacts, notes, emails, resumes, profile information, prompts, drafts, and calendar-related information. You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant Cymos a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use User Content only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit User Content and use it with Cymos.
You are responsible for emails and messages you send using Cymos. If your use involves commercial email, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM and similar anti-spam, privacy, consumer protection, employment, and communications laws.
Some features may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription, you authorize Cymos and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees, taxes, and recurring charges.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically, fees are charged in advance, you may cancel renewal from billing settings, and cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period. Trial terms, if any, will be shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe; Cymos does not store full payment card numbers.
Some Cymos features may be experimental, beta, preview, or pre-launch. These features may change, break, be limited, or be discontinued at any time. We may limit access to the Service before public launch.
Cymos may integrate with third-party services, including Google, Microsoft, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, OpenRouter, email verification providers, and other infrastructure or AI providers. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Cymos is not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information. By using Cymos, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cymos is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability. We do not guarantee that Cymos will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cymos and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Cymos in the three months before the claim arose or $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cymos from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, User Content, outreach or communications, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law or by posting an updated version. Continued use of Cymos after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
